Abbas Nazari – After the Tampa – Speaker event

U3A Mornington in association with Peninsula Grammar proudly present Abbas Nazari discussing his international bestselling memoir “After the Tampa” which details his flight from persecution in Afghanistan, his rescue from imminent death by the Tampa, then denial of entry to Australia. Seven-year-old Abbas and his family found haven in New Zealand. He is now a Fulbright Scholar and eloquent refugee advocate.
